I use this on macaroni and cheese, vegan style.I use a cashew creme sauce for the cheese and this adds the perfect texture to the top after a 20 run in the oven. In my opinion this is the best gluten free pan - ko substitute available

As a Gluten Free patient, I've been seeking a GOOD GF crumb coating mostly for chicken. MANY of the products contain saturated fats and other, strange, ingredients. THIS one does NOT; although I do suspect the ingredient list to be at least somewhat incomplete since I SUSPECT that water is necessary in the manufacture of the product.Since it is pure potato, there is nothing to change the taste of the crumbs. It coats chicken wetted with plain water quite nicely and bakes well providing a delightful, crunchy, potatoey (if that's a word) crust. I imagine it would work well with standard breading techniques involving milk or egg coating.I just wish that stuff like this wasn't so expensive. for me, GF is NOT a lifestyle choice. It is a medical necessity!

Used these because they are Gluten Free for a family member with an allergy. It tastes great and you can't really tell the difference from regular panko.

Not just for Passover, we find this product flavorful.

I tried these in a few different recipes and was pleased with the results. It made it nice and crispy.

I will not purchase this again. I did not detect any flavor to it and one can was not enough for the little bit of food I was using it for. This is a waste of money to me.

These were a nice twist. After I purchased them it occurred to me I could just mix the Matzo meal and potato pancake mix and pretty much have the same thing and that I just brought something I already had a better quality version of, for no reason. They have a bit of an aftertaste... it’s odd. Overall it’s okay.
