When looking for products, I always first look at features and then at reviews to see if it may meet my expectations. In this case, I knew I wanted a commercial, wall mounted faucet with a separate goose neck sprayer and, since this was for my garage (where I installed a stainless restaurant counter and sink), I knew it needed to be both sturdy and affordable. The reviews looked more than decent and I even knew that the few folks that complained that the wall mounted stabilizer (saying it was too long) were just being silly and didn't know how to trim those to use. It was exactly what I wanted. When I opened it up, it felt sturdy and there was no issue with assembling it right away. My only mistake was that I over tightened the parts that sealed with rubber sealing washers---I just didn't know how tight to go and I basically distroyed the first ones that I did. Fortunately, they included a full set of spares! Problem solved. But that is not why I am writing this review. The faucet worked perfectly and the sprayer pattern is also really nice. But again, not why I am writing the review. NO LEAKS! But again.... not it. It is the customer service. In this day and age, I am used to horrible customer service or at least lack luster. I had an issue that wasn't with the faucet---in my particular instance, I had a request that on a part that I wanted to see if they had---it was a modification to the product more than anything---something I was willing to pay for, but really I was just asking if it was possible. They took the time to write me back, ask me specific questions, and come up with a plan to accommodate me. And they did that without question, without issue and in a super timely manner. It quite literally makes me want to be better to those around me. The part that I desired came a week later, shipped from over seas, with my happiness and satisfaction as their goal. Goal achieved. I have saved this seller and will not hesitate to purchase from them again and again. Thank you for caring, for a great product, and phenomenal customer service.

I needed to replace our restaurant faucet really fast and this was a good solution. Easy to install, they even included a small roll of plumbers tape.

I ordered this, installed it and it leaked. I didn’t return the first one in time. Thinking it was maybe me or how I installed it, I ordered the same faucet again. It also leaked. I returned the second one in time. I’ve installed faucets in bathrooms, kitchens, our travel trailer, my commercial spaces. I think this is just a really poorly machined product. I ordered a different brand and it went in fine with no issue, no leaks. If you want to check something off your list, then this isn’t the product to buy.

Great product u will need to buy the brass connector to mount to zink,I didn't know and had to order,, I did buy the 12 inch neck and only needed a 8,hope the seller will just sell me another neck
