A hit at the party
I got the law plates to use for a going away party for a colleague and they were a big hit. The plates held up well during the potluck (no leaks or catastrophes were reported) and they looked really nice. Great value.

Good high quality design and fairly thick for medium amount of food (maybe if you're putting very heavy things it won't work but better than a basic paper plate).

Pretty but weak
They are pretty and elegant but thin...not strong enough for a dinner plate. Maybe for dessert or hot dogs, but we bought them for my husband's 50 birthday, and we didn't use them as they weren't strong enough for dinner (rice, meat, salad)
