If you want to get well again
This is a cross-review of Samsara's Lyme and Biofilm formulas: After reading others' reviews, I debated whether or not to go the "liquid" route for medication, which is what these herbal powder formulas become when adding water or another liquid of choice. Liquid medications and I usually do not get along. At 53-yo I still have to hold my nose and chug 'em down to get it over with quickly.I gave careful consideration to the comments about the taste because of the heavy concentration of Stevia. I use Stevia and I know what it means to use too much. Long story short, the cost of antibiotics on my body and pocketbook far outweigh the costs of gagging on liquids or the possibility of Stevia overkill. The plus side to purchasing the Samsara Lyme and Biofilm herbals is that I recently read Stevia is proving to be a Lyme bacteria killer. I decided to go for broke, so to speak.First, I tried the two formulas with Keifer thinking the sour/salty flavor would tone down the sweetness of the Stevia. It's okaaaay, but nooooot great. Didn't do that again. Next, I tried it with 100% juice - cran-raspberry and that still didn't float my boat (at all). Didn't do that again either. Then, the bells went off! (You already know that Lyme Disease causes cognition issues... slow thinking, right?)I am a decaf (unsweetened) iced tea drinker. Wow .. that was a game changer! I held my nose at first, but discovered it really wasn't necessary. Drinking it this way reminded me of buying (won't mention brand name) bottled teas at a convenience store; not really tea IMHO, but they work if you are thirsty enough. Same incentive in this case, but replace the incentive outcome with "if you desperately want to get well again the natural way".I didn't go full out according to Samsara's recommended dosing; rather, I followed the same LLMD treatment protocol (M, W, F 1st week of 4-week cycle) as if I was taking the prescribed antibiotics. I had very mild- to almost unnoticeable herxing which was "mildly tired, but still didn't have to go back to bed" the day after dosing. The founder's story of being a Lyme patient really was the number one factor in deciding to go this route. To me, that is credibility enough. Plus, judging by the success I've had thus far, I'm pretty sure I am headed in the right direction with having taken this route. Incidentally, I started with the 2 oz package to be on the safe side, and now I can safely say I will move up to the more economical 8 oz. bag with my next purchase. Blessings to you on your road to recovery!

Works very well and worth dealing with the flavor
Not great taste but it works & is worth the taste. I have Lyme disease so biofilm is a huge problem - biofilm is a coating that protects the bacteria or virus from being destroyed by antibiotics or other medication.

e efficacy.
I really like the flavor and the ease of taking it... so unusual it seems with these Lyme herbs and meds. Only been taking it about two days so not sure of the efficacy. It looks like it's not going to last very long so I think this will be $$. I recently ran out of my Samsara Lyme meds so can't say how this is working. Seems to maybe be cleaning me out, if you know what I mean.

Good Taste, but No Effect
My son and I take the Samsara Tick Immune capsules which really keep the lyme at bay and highly recommend trying. This one being mostly tumeric does nothing for biofilm that I can tell. I also didn't get any benefit of reduced inflammation. The flavor is very tolerable with the Stevia. Using biocidin and broken cell wall chlorella is much for effective for me. Still love Samsara's products and quality.

Cloyingly sweet but works well
This formula is extremely sweet in that cloying stevia way, but it does a good job helping to expel parasites. I've actually started using just a quarter scoop or so to sweeten coffee a bit and it's bearable that way. Otherwise I would have to put it in capsules, but since the microcrystalline cellulose in vegetarian capsules is used by parasites to help make biofilm, it would sort of be defeating the purpose of this supplement.

It tastes really good imo.
It says on the back of the bag to mix with juice or a smoothie, or juice, or water if you can tolerate the taste... I think it tastes really good! With the stevia it tastes a lot like sweet tea.As for how it's helping, I'm not sure, I bought this a long side a few other supplements to do a parastite detox, and I find myself actually taking 1.5-2 servings a day just because it tastes so good.Although all I normally drink is water and coffee so my taste buds may be different than yours. If I notice any major changes to my health that I can contribute to this, I will update in the future.
