I put it on a Craftsman variable speed 11 inch band saw. It cuts fast and easy. It's not a precision or glue line blade, no 6TPI blade is. But, it cuts relatively smooth faced cuts and goes through any wood material like butter, at least so far. Excellent for rough cutting or resawing material to prepare for plaining or jointing. I've only had it a few weeks and I don't use the band saw all that much. But given the general quality and my average usage, I expect to get a few years of use out of it. I have not used it on metal or plastic yet so I can't speak to it's performance with that kind of material. I definitely recommend powertec blades as I use this brand on my other larger band saw and have always been satisfied with the performance.

Put it on in my saw, tuned and adjusted all guides and even the tracking. It can barely cut though a pine two by four. It's also the loudest blade I've owned, screams so much when cutting that I need to wear ear protection. And the weld is uneven and is noticeable going through the guides even after I smoothed it as best as I could. I bought two, if the other one is better I'll update the review.

Will probably not buy another, dulled really fast on fairly soft hard wood.
