Works perfect for my bicep. Very easy to slide on. Super comfortable. I even forget it's on. It does get sweaty underneath but I don't notice until I take it off. I rinse it out and suggest you rinse or wash your arm afterwards. Love it

… or two of it being a tad bit snug, but then it’s perfect. It does seem to be be making a remarkable difference where other sleeves did not.Don’t get impatient with it feeling too tight for the first little bit - I don’t know if it stretches or if I got used to it, but it’s great now.

Definitely not a $45 item. If the thickness was as thick as advertised, I would have had to return because it was too large. The sleeve was about the same thickness as the $12 drugstore elbow sleeve. Completely dissatisfied. Item returned and refund expected.

It fits, feels pretty good, but if I saw this in a store and it was over $40?? I would never buy it. It’s just too expensive for what it is.

The Arm Helix is a great product. I bought it for my son who is the starting qb for his high school team because he was having pain in his bicep from throwing. Since he has worn the helix he hasn't had any pain. The extra compression it gives has allowed him to be injury free and helps with over use. It's a simple design that really works.

I have a strained bicep. This brace gives me good support, is easy to get on & off and is easy to maintain. I do recommend it.
