I think this product really worked I seen the difference on my blood work , you have to be consistent, and the loosing weight part doesn’t work for everyone because you have to check your cortisol levels that could be another reason why you’re gaining weight

I use these in conjunction wiht my Levothyroxine and they seem to make a difference. My doctor advised more iodine in my diet and these do the trick.
