Perfect I wish some were a little longer

i keep kits on hand so i don't have to go to the hardware store, for the price they are cheaper than on one trip

Screws seem nice. One box came with the divider not in place and the screws all mixed together. Will be sorting 560 screws

I needed SAE and metric setscrews for specific projects, but i wanted an assortment of each just to have on hand. This seems like a good balance of quantity vs variety while including SAE and metric.I didn't need stainless steel, but it helps to not have to figure out the size of a rusty hole later. The only downside is if they ever need to be drilled out austenitic stainless steel is not very drill bit friendly. If you do have to drill them out you should use a very low speed drill, with a very sharp bit (ideally with some cobalt), and cutting fluid to reduce friction and keep the bit from heating up. At the same time you want to apply a relatively large downforce on the bit for a deep cut. It should remove a thick ribbon of material to ensure the cutting edge avoids a very thin work hardened surface layer. Fortunately their being stainless steel likely means you simply wont have to drill them out.
