You would have to ask the seller. I just bought the bag myself and I am not the owner of the products. Sorry 😟 to hear that your buck was messing up on your back though

Q: Does it come in a smaller version for a 13” laptop?

It does not, as far as I know, but I believe it would still be a good protective bag for a 13" laptop. The padding inside is pretty thick and nice, and with a 13" laptop should be able to fit the laptop while the laptop is also in a laptop protective case/bag.
