The two formulas are different formulas and as with other types of treatments, while one might be more effective for one person, the other formula might be more effective for someone else. Below is an explanation. There doesn't seem to be a clear favorite between the two. They both work well and preference is very individual and sometimes is just based on preference of the type of application.
