My daughter loves this shampoo, it helps restore her hair after she bleaches or dyes it and keeps it soft. Good quality, pleasant smell.

I’ve been having trouble with itchy scalp and dandruff. I’ve tried all shampoos that helps with my issue but didn’t work so I’ve been trying this shampoo and I haven’t been having itchy scalp or dandruff. Totally recommend this shampoo.

I have used the Elizavecca treatment for years. I had been unhappy with my regular shampoo so I thought I would try this. After just one wash I can honestly say I will never go back to the super expensive shampoo I had been using. My curl looks amazing and my hair feels soft and clean at the same time. Not at all greasy. I love this shampoo

Firstly, I just turned 40. That said, the hair near my roots have begun to turn brittle and straw-like (I assume its the grey hairs that are coming in), and my Ryo hair products just aren't cutting it any more (nothing to do with the product, just me and my hormonal changes). Well, I swear by Asian haircare products, so after going down a rabbit hole, I found the Elizavecca hair care line. I purchased this shampoo, the hair mask, and the conditioner, and the minute they arrived I tried them. I just dried my hair and holy smokes! My roots are back to being super soft and I feel like myself again! The big test will be to use just the shampoo and conditioner without the mask, but so far I'm super pleased. If I don't come back to edit this, the shampoo and conditioner work a treat on their own!

Another broken pump. Bought this after using the mask for a while. Thought I'd get the shampoo and conditioner to see if they were good as well. Turns out the pump doesn't work at all. So simple yet so annoying that I need to open the bottle to get the product out. Would have been happy had it worked. For this reason I'm giving it a 3 star.

The product smells great, works on my damaged hair, but the bottle arrived spilled in the box so I only got half the product

1 star off due to the bottle leaking all over the inside of the box which leaked all over the inside of the bag it was contained in. Also 1 star off due to the pump not working at all. I asked my husband to help. He said the pump is missing a piece that allows it to work properly. This problem seems to be common & at this point, the manufacturer should remedy it. I bought a 2 pack of 16.9oz flip top clear, plastic bottles here to use instead of the one this product came in because the product works really well. It is a mess and inconvenient to open the bottle and pour into my hands because the stick the pump was attached to is still inside the bottle, so when you unscrew the lid, it brings out product that gets all over.The product is AMAZING! Bottle sucks but the Elmer's glue-like miracle worker contained inside is worth it's weight in gold, in my opinion. I have low iron & am hypothyroid. My natural blonde hair shows everything, including oddly fried layers around my face. I have no idea how they came about but at one point, my hair was all one length, down to my knees. Now I have long, baggy bangs that frame my face. The doctors say thyroid and low iron causes hair loss and damage so I'm on thyroid medication and take an iron supplement. They have helped build the shampoo was really a one time miracle worker!During a single 1st use, could feel my scalp tingle in a healthy way. My burning, itchy scalp has now calmed down and the shampoo alone made my hair soft! Shampoo is typically pretty drying but this was different. It is very white like Elmer's glue and the texture is similar, even somewhat stringy. It was very different to say the least. If you want different results, you have to try something different. This is that. The conditioner stays on for 3-5 mins and rinsed clean. Between the two, after my shower I towel dried and tried to gently comb through the ends. This was the 1st time in a long time my brittle, gummy "bangs" did snap and curl up. I combed through and added the serum. That was liquid gold for my hair. Between the 3, once my hair was dry, it was the softest but also healthiest it's felt literally in years!The shampoo s ent is labeled "lavender". Maybe it is but it smelled slightly more minty, more like a spa, to me. It also felt cool on my scalp. Just something to note. I'm looking forward to shampooing again where I used to dread drying out my hair. So far this product is part of the holy trinity for my hair.

I’ve been struggling with dandruff for years. I have tried everything, and nothing has fully worked. Bought this without any big hopes I was just running out of my regular shampoo, and this one has helped me so much! I don’t have *any* dandruff now, and it leaves my hair shinny and hydrated. It’s an unmatched find for me! Have never find a better shampoo for my hair. The way it took my dandruff after the first wash is crazy to me. I really have tried everything!
