The original chain guard was peeling off and needed replaced. I made a template with painters tape to make it match the graphics on the frame (also added some to the other side becaus symmetry). It cuts really easily and stays put once applied. I decided to add some to the front fork, too, as there were some scuffs there. Had more than enough for all that and to do a chain guard on my son's new bike. And lots left if I want to do any more later.

My Okai EB50 Ranger Ebike is a big, nice looking (in my opinion) Ebike. Came with a fabric chain protector for the chain stay. Nice, but did nit cover enough, and started looking rough. This is super heavy almost like pait protection for automotive paint, and looks superb. I may do the opposite side, even though it's less likely to get chips with no chain on that side.

The tape looks good, was easy to apply and has stayed in place unlike other tapes. Be sure to thoroughly clean the surface before applying.

This is a great product for multi-uses. I bought it for my montain bike but I ended up using it for other things. So this product gives you that capability. It is really nice looking as well.

I must say, WOW! I had a spot on my bike that was dented, and boy did I wish that I had this tape sooner. I covered that spot because I do not want it to rust!

Electrical tape works just as fine and as far cheaper.

This is a must-have if protecting your bike's finish is important to you. It was easy to apply, and the color blends well with the color of my bike. I've had this applied to my bike for over almost a year, and there is no signs of wear. Bike's ten to get scratched and dinged when they are locked to racks or poles. This is an inexpensive and effective way to protect from those type of damage. A very good buy.
