I love this stuff! I am just about done with my first bottle and will definitely buy it again. It is sweet and tart. It is perfect! This is my first time tasting it. I just mix it in with ice water for a nice alternative to flavored water (I saw a girl who lives in Korea do this in a YouTube video).

The product page says it's "Pure Plum Extract Syrup", but that's not true. The ingredients clearly say "Plum Extract (Sugar, Water), Sugar, Water" which would indicate it has added sugar...Either way, I really like this syrup. It has a very intense, sweet and sour flavor that gives a great fruity tart punch to whatever you add it to. A little bit goes a long way, and I have no problem recommending this product, even at the high price point of $15.It's not clear to me whether it needs to be refrigerated or not. Mine did come with foam on the top which never popped, but never increased either. Don't trust people in the reviews talking about how it's "not pure" because how do you expect the syrup to be made without sugar??? All plum extracts have sugar. Korean plum extract is a syrup, not an extract as you may expect from the name. Either way, this is a great syrup! The taste isn't too sweet or acidic, but the perfect balance. I love using it for sauces and for cooking as well!

The 1 bottle I received was leaking and looked nothing like the picture online...i've not opened it as of yet because i'm not sure what it is...
