Late July Snacks Jalapeno Lime Tortilla Chips, 7.8 OZ Bag

These tortilla chips are really great, have super tasty nacho cheese flavor and are crunchy and fresh tasting. I'd suggest ordering the 12 pack because if you order just one bag like I did it might arrive pretty crushed - yes I ate the chips but they were in smaller pieces and would have worked better on top of chili or with sour cream eaten with a spoon! Going to try that too!As far as the flavor goes this has more natural ingredients than say Doritos with an equally cheesy powder. I'd say they were slightly spicy like there may be some chili pepper in them but it is not too hot.Now that I've tasted these I will probably want more! I wish these came in the smaller individual packages like the jalapeno lime flavor does. That arrives in a nice box and the chips are not crushed! So I'm confident you will love these, just get the 12 pack which is sure to be packaged up in a box. Will try that next time!!!!!~The Rebecca Review

I love the taste of these. They have a perfect blend of flavors. I normally do not like tortillas or corn chips- even with dip. These are exceptional. No dip needed. Not greasy, healthier than most, excellent quality, and I can't say enough about the flavor!

What a nice mix of lime and a “taco” flavor Doritos used to have growing up in 1970! Super tasty and perfect crunchy quality.

This was my first time trying the Late July Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, 7.8 ounces bag (large bag). I've never even heard of the brand Late July but I came across these Nacho Cheese Tortilla chips by browsing through the Amazon Fresh online site. Glad I gave these a try because they were delicious. Very similar to the original flavored Doritos but with a very mild, somewhat peppery, aftertaste. I dislike spicy so I would not classify these tortilla chips as spicy in any way. If you like original flavored Doritos, you'll like these even more. But they are pricey. For only a 7.8 ounce bag, the price is currently (as of July 2024) $5.30, whereas original flavored Doritos in the 9.25 ounce bag is $5.69! So you would get more for your buck (paying only $.39 cents extra) with Doritos. And if you get the Party Sized bag of Doritos, which is 14.5 ounces, it will only cost $6.69 (one dollar and $.39 cents more than Late July Nacho Chips) and you'll get almost TWICE the amount of chips! I will most likely purchase the Late July Nacho Cheese Tortillas if the price goes down but I won't be a regular buyer because I'd have to buy like 3 bags for my home, which is often frequented by my hungry, teen nephews and their friends and currently, those 3 bags of Late July Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips would cost me over $15! So, nope. I will only buy these for my personal stash and only when on sale. However, I'd still recommend you folks give these chips a try if you've never done so!

Love these better than the competition! A bit salty, not oily and just the right texture and thickness for a tortilla chip. Like this flavor out of all the other flavors. Guess I’m not the only one because it’s always outta stock.

Great cool ranch doritos dupe! I switched off of bioengineered ingredients about a year ago and these are so amazing to have. I used to love doritos so it's nice I can again have them in this form.

Better than Doritos!

After another brand ended production, the one with the chip challenge, I was looking for another that could replicate some of their awesome flavors (mainly the purple bag)I bought both the red hot flavor and the Hawaiian habanero.The scorchin one is ok, just a bit bland and not that hot like the bag would suggest.The Hawaiian one is just a gross flavor, I can’t even finish the bag. They are too sweet with no peppery flavor.I like the chip itself, it’s a good corn taste and crisp. Just not a fan of the two flavors I tried. Definitely miss the other brand.
