Delicious British grown-up tipple
I've bought bottles of Sipello as gifts for the last few years as it is such a unique weighty bottle and wonderfully complex flavour. This time I finally bought some for myself. I've tasted this in some incredible cocktails in some very swanky bars and it always punches well above its weight. Packed with rhubarb, berries, chincona and other marvellous botanicals it's a real powerhouse of a drink that I quite like to drink neat.An absolute must if you love Negronis and other bitter cocktails, but also makes a delicious spritz. I've found that the Sipello Instagram and website is full of recipes from bartenders who use it, so I'm always able to find a new recipe to try out.

So delicious and unique
I bought Sipello after trying it in a bar and really liked it. I tried it out at home with tonic and loved it! I actually prefer it over gin and tonic. It's so different and delicious!! Gorgeous bottle and fantastic liquid, it would make a great gift.

Sophisticated, delicious and versatile!!
Tried this in the negroni in the Savoy and loved it!! Love it with any flavoured tonic, or with elderflower and bubbles! I’ve even dabbled with it in Diet Coke and also in a pale ale! It’s great to experiment with. So innovative, fresh and unique! Love that it’s British made too.

Juicy, bitter and local!
Tried it in a restaurant in Teddington and loved it and have purchased it lots as gifts. The bartender said it works in pretty much every cocktail from Spritzes to negronis. Basically a delicious British alternative to Aperol and Campari made from local fruits. Beautiful bottle too!

Tasty and different
We used Sipello (rather than cassis) with sparkling wine for a British fruit twist on kir royale. Liked it so much that we bought another as a Christmas gift for a friend. Love the design of the bottle and label, really goes well in my art-deco drinks cabinet.

What a great find.. Fruity and a bitter SMILE.. :-)
What a great find!! I tried Sipello in a cocktail while out in Hammersmith. I was looking for something less mainstream with an edge.Love it neat over ice, but my wife prefers it with a splash of lemonade. Its makes an amazing Negroni… and naturally can be used in endless cocktails..In my opinion you can replace the Aperol Sprtiz with a Sipello Spritz all day long!!!I love it for also be relatively local too ;-)

Fantastically versatile!
What a find! This aperitif is amazing. It is lovely mixed in a light summery cocktail with sparkling wine and elderflower, but works equally well in a spicy warming wintery treat.Have fun experimenting and discovering your favourite combo!
