Disappointing, misleading, and complicated return policy
I purchased this wallpaper based on the promising photos, but what a disappointment! Not only does the product not match the image shown, but it’s also far from realistic. The colours are dull, and the result is nothing like what was advertised.To make matters worse, the return is at your own expense and only allowed if the product hasn’t been opened! I was also told that I should have requested a sample before ordering, which was never clearly mentioned beforehand. A complete disappointment! I do not recommend this purchase to anyone looking for a faithful, aesthetic product and reliable customer service.
