Good product with reasonable price
Good product. Installation was quick and support team helped in getting steps completed in quick time

Working fine but service other than installation will not be free even if they say it is
The product is fine but the service was scheduled on Sunday and technician came after a day later telling that Sunday was holiday, knowing that how can the company allot an installation slot on Sunday, the technician will try to convince you that the water pressure is below average and that you have to install a rs 2500 pump to increase the pressure or if you don't you will not be given the previous filter whose price is also to be given separately than the filter, I chose not to install it and from my perspective it's working fine

This product is good, we are using it from last one week and no issue.Installation is also easy and supporting.

Good product, questionable service
Good product . Even though they said installation was free, 500rs was charged for fixing MTDS( a small add on to control TDS level). Also charged 150 for the small pipes used for connecting the device. When asked for a bill the technician said he can't give one. So try not to get scammed!

Service
In the description, it was mentioned that we wouldn't have to pay anything extra and that everything needed would be included with the product. However, when the person came for the installation, he told me that the existing noser was not suitable and replaced it, asking me to pay for it. While the installation was done properly, I later realized that there’s no such thing as a free service — they come, find something to add or change, and we end up having to pay for it ourselves.

Good product
Product was good, and installation took an min. But it took more wastage of water. For 1 liter water it took 2 liter waste.
