So far, really like the new skillets I purchased. Looking for something that doesn't scratch or stick and is dishwasher safe, these are matching all that criteria and am pleased. Very good conductivity of heat, even and cooks very quickly.

Don’t wait to get older to get the pans of your dreams

I had just thrown out my last set of copper non-stick pans after 12 years. I found these and decided to give them a try. I have tons of lids, so I just needed the pans themselves. This 3-piece set was perfect and reasonably priced.Love the red base color and the feel of these is solid. They feel very expensive and they take almost no effort to clean. I absolutely love cooking with these.

For the first 2 months of daily use these pans were awesome! Heat distribution is even, nonstick worked perfectly! These have only been hand washed with hot soapy water & I soaked them when needed! After 2 months they were no longer nonstick, it’s impossible to get them fully clean even after soaking over night! I signed up for the warranty that comes with the pans! I contacted Gotham Steel customer service, I sent the info they requested and was told 3-4 weeks we would have replacement pans! It’s been 6 weeks with no update on the replacement pans. I wish I could just get a full refund.

Good sizes for multiple uses. They heat evenly and go in dishwasher when I don't have too many dishes. The handle on the largest on has been an issue for that but hand washing is a breeze.

I LOVED THESE PANS. NO GREASE IS NEEDED. I USED THE BIG ONE FIRST FOR PORK CHOPS AND WOW ! THEY WERE FANTASTIC AND NO STICKING IN THE SKILLET.. THE MEDIUM SKILLET I USED FOR PASTA AND CHICKEN AND IT WAS GREAT.UNFORTUNATELY THE SMALL SKILLET FAILED TODO ITS JOB. I COULD NOT EVEN COOK AN EGG IN IT AND IT WOULD STICK SO BAD I HAD TO LET IT SOAK IN THE SINK. I CLEANED IT REAL GOOD AND TRIED AGAIN AND BINGO THE SAME THING. THE SMALL SKILLET IS A MALFUNCTIONED ITEM AND THEY SHOULD REPLACE IT FOR MY SET. THAT WILL NT HAPPEN BUT I LOVE THE OTHER TWO.

We've been cooking with this set on a gas stove for over a month and they're still not showing any sign of use. They are lightweight and the handles don't overheat when I'm cooking. I don't have to add butter on what I'm cooking. I just let it's own juices do the cooking or add a bit of cooking spray for sautéed veggies. I love that they really are dishwasher safe, yet they are super easy to clean by hand, if you don't have enough for a wash load. So far, it looks like this set will last a long time.

These are great little pans. They clean up really well and nothing really sticks to them except cheese. My biggest complaint here is that they state that you cannot scratch these pans. They highlight that you can use even a metal utensil on them and it will not scratch, which is completely false. I used a metal utensil once and it scratched the pan a bunch. I tried to reach out to the company and they were not helpful. While the basic idea is good, based on this I would not buy them again.
