I've recently started adding cordyceps to my coffee in the morning and I can definitely say I've noticed a boost in energy. I can't attest to its immune boosting capabilities as I've gotten sick twice this winter so far. And I am a generally healthy individual as it is. It's always hard to say for sure if supplements are working because they oftentimes work so subtly in the body. But if you feel as though it's helping, then I think it's worth the buy. For me, these have definitely become a staple in my morning routine for self-care.

This is one adaptogen that I feel a noticeable difference using. Gives me alert, calm energy and stamina. Now put this with a natural shilajit resin and you become unstoppable. Have been taking this regularly for years. Highly recommend.

I've seen no benefit so far. I've read that others feel it gives them energy. I'm pretty analytical about things and I notice nothing so far. In other words, there's not only no effect, there's not even a placebo effect for me.

If you compare these with Real Mushrooms Brand, they're much cheaper. When something is cheaper, it raises suspicion. Despite my doubts, I decided to try these instead of real mushrooms and learned the hard way. They didn't have any effect on me. There are no lab test reports available on their website. I sent them two emails requesting lab tests and received no response. They don't respond to customers. I'm giving them one star only because there's no option to give zero.

I'll just start by saying I've been into functional mushrooms for over 8+ years now, and they've made such a huge impact on my life. OM was one of the first brands I started taking a while back, and they are a decent brand with good products. I usually put this stuff into my morning smoothies, and it helps with my energy levels and focus. The only downside is that it's made from Mycelial Biomass and not 100% Fruited Body mushrooms, which is a much cheaper way to manufacture mushrooms. You typically want 100% fruited body mushrooms, which is a higher quality, but usually on the more premium side. I like to balance it out every now and then depending on what I'm using the mushrooms for.
