The product worked fine for one month, just after it it started showing 'Hi' with no output. In the service, they have only a WhatsApp number for it. Over which they have only one traditional reply to change PCB of the stabilizer. That also would be COD, so one need to pay 310 for PCB and get it installed by self i.e. again additional charge of Rs. 500 by local electrician. While I spent Rs. 810 twice as per advice of musclegrid over WhatsApp, product still didn't work. If asked to send technician for repair, it's a endless wait since company doesn't have such network. So I have simply wasted 17k for one month operation of this stabilizer.In nutshell be cautious before buying products from such unestablished players.

Nice product but voltage increasing capacity is low ....

The quality of the stabiliser is decent and was working as it should. Setting it up didn't require a lot of time and I hope it will keep working for years to come

I purchased musclegrid 10kva mainline stabilizer in 2023. It works perfectly even in very low voltage. In my locality sometimes power supply will be below 100 volts. Musclegrid boosts power upto 220 volts. I'm using this stabilizer for the past 18 months. Suddenly one day power fluctuation came and stabilizer stopped working. I mailed musclegrid customer service. The next day they called me and asked for problem. I described the problem and they said PCB failure. They sent PCB through courier. And it cost 300 rupees. I received it in three working days. I fixed it on my own. Now working fine. Thanks for your quick response musclegrid . Excellent after sales service. Product is good and after service also good.

Please don’t buy this product,when the voltage will fluctuate this product does not work.The policy of sellers is very bad.If the product has issue there no customer service available for this product. They will deny to visit your place to give service.The return policy is also very bad ,you have to return yourself.no one will to your place and take product.Again I am saying don’t buy this product otherwise you will suffer.
