Eden 96216 Heavy Duty Metal 3-Way Oscillating Sprinkler for Large Lawn and Garden W/Quick Connect Starter Set

So I’ve been using this sprinkler for about 2 years now and this is still working great! Very durable, amazing water flow, easy to adjust. I’ve used this sprinkler just about every day during the spring and summer. Price wasn’t bad either, before purchasing this I bought one from Lowes which was much more expensive and it didn’t last but maybe one spring and summer. And it stopped working.

Probably the best sprinkler I've had. It is very versatile and the features allow one to limit the width of the water spread and also the arc of the water. I love that I can water just where I need it.

For the most part, this does what it's supposed to do. It WILL get your lawn wet. It oscillates just fine and will cover a good size area (I'm covering around 4000 sq. ft.)Being brand new, everything works perfectly, so no complaints on operation. The reasons for giving less than 5 stars are as follows.1. The build quality does not feel like a solid, high quality item. It feels light weight and kinda cheap....but if it holds up over the long haul I won't hold that against it.2. The bigger problem is the adjustability...or lack thereof. I bought this because part of my lawn requires a narrow spray pattern. The advertising suggests a significant amount of control via the 6 buttons that shut off the outer 3 nozzles on each end. In my observation the buttons do almost nothing to control the width of the pattern because the adjacent nozzles are set at such a wide angle that there is almost no difference whether the buttons are pushed or not. At full pressure I'm watering approximately 40 ft of width. If I turn down the pressure to regulate the width, I obviously would significantly shorten the LENGTH of the spray pattern too. So kind of a lose/lose situation.Im disappointed but I'm not going to take the time to send it back because I'm tired of searching and this will be "okay". I'll just have to use less pressure and move it around more in some sections of my lawn.

This sprinkler is really well made and the metal structure seems very solid, much better than other plastic sprinklers I've had. From a watering standpoint, it covers a very wide area and can be adjusted to control how wide and far you want it to go. I like the adjustable knobs so you can create a more narrow stream and/or create a shorter or further reach. You really can adjust it to fit the exact area you want to cover. I also like the pace of the oscillation...it's a little slower than previous sprinklers I've had, which has been good because I think it allows for a more saturating watering (with the added bonus that you can actually approach it without having to sprint to avoid getting wet).

Took me watching a video online before I figured out how to correctly adjust it to cover the area that it claims to cover. Once I figured it out, it was very easy to use and to control to water only the area that I wanted watered.

Like the setting on this unit. Unit is very controllable. Perfect lawn sprinkler. Highly recommend

This is a nice and sturdy oscillating sprinkler. You can adjust the angle of rotation of the drum (travel distance). You can adjust the water pressure which affects how far the water will shoot out of the nozzles. On each side of the nozzle strip you can turn off 3 nozzles, which will reduce the width of the watering pattern to a degree.With the pressure set to Max, all nozzles turned on and the maximum rotation angle, this sprinkler will cover a very wide area.The one con I can think about is the fact that the nozzles are not movable like in other sprinklers. This limits the amount of adjustment of the spray pattern width. Adjusting the water pressure will also adjust the spray pattern width a little, but that is not a viable solution since the water pressure will also affect how far the water shoots (length of the spray pattern).This sprinkler is not appropriate for narrow lawn areas. You will need a second sprinkler for those areas, or another sprinkler that has moveable nozzles.This sprinkler is NOT a "one-in-all" solution.

Unlike so many of this type sprinkler, they are made with lightweigt plastic and they break easily. This sprinkler is heavy duty and substantial and works great so far. Very happy with this purchase.
