Ingredients
I haven't used it yet but want to share useful information. The ingredients of the "White Powder" are - Colour: E170i Calcium Carbonate. Anti-Caking Agent: E551 Silica. You're welcome.

Did Not Whiten, Ruined Buttercream
Not only did it not whiten my buttercream a single shade, it forced it to separate immediately after putting it in. It was the perfect consistency before adding this mess.No way to fix this, off to the trash it goes. Waste of time, energy, and money. There is no time now to order another one, birthday cake ruined.

Small jar but a little goes a long way
Arrived safe and sound. It's a little clumpy but it's perfect for my uses. I expect I'll have this jar for a year or more, it's strong stuff.
