After installation, I have had no issues with this fan system. It works great and moves alot of air.

UPDATE: I had given this fan a low rating due to overheating. THAT RESOLVED after a short while. Now it runs warm, but not hot, indefinitely, and as quietly as such a large air flow can. Easy to install. Not plug-and-use, must be wired to a switch,hardware is not included.For my installation, needed a storm-door over-cabinet; the louvers are not weather-tight. Excellent air movement, and quieter than I expected. I wouldn't hold a quiet conversation right next to it, though.Seems robust and well-made. Ask me in 10 years how well it held up.

This is a large fan so didn’t skimp on beefing up bracing. Fan is quite for a large diameter fan and moves a lot of air. Get help if mounting high in the peak of building as this fan is heavy and bulky for one person. The louvers work as they should and I am very happy with this fan. The only negative I have noticed is that the motor gets very hot!! I’m concerned this could lead to bearing failures or shorten life of motor.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased two 36” fans and very pleased. My metal building is 70x40 for a total of 2,800 sq ft. I was going to get the 30” fan to reduce noise but I’m glad I stuck with the larger fan. They have a whisper, not a roar. Easily have a conversation nearby.Each fan has its on thermostat that I installed and set to 100° and when they turn on it’s a quiet startup, the amount of air they draw in is amazing especially if you stand outside near the fans it’s windy!The motor is large and appears to be industrial grade. So far the fans have run everyday all day for 3 weeks with no issue.Packaging is excellent, the fans would have to be crushed if any damage occurred. I did not test the motors just cut the holes and installed. All around very pleased

Have had it for over a year now and run it just about every day. Still works good!!

Does the job and keeps the building cool in the summer time. Purchase the automatic on off thermostat with it. No need to purchase the regulator speed switch. On and off is all you need. It works well but has a slight off-balance vibration it’s not real bad. Noise level is medium. Works well four 30 x 40 building. I do recommend it.

I have a small construction business that uses harsh chemicals. Because of the chemicals harshness we need a way to remove the fumes from the shop. I have purchased this particular fan on 3 different occasions. Not because of issues or failures but because of shop relocations. I highly recommend this product as we have been using this particular model for 10 years now. We have never had a failure after using the fans eight hours a day five or six days a week. Don't hesitate to install a thermostat or another switch to change the fan speed to meet your specific fan needs.
