Authentic Bootheel seasoning
I’m from the Bootheel of MO. This is what pork steaks taste like where they all started. The salt level in this seems lower than a lot of commercial rubs. You can really go heavy with the seasoning and get tons of flavor without overpowering ribs and pork steaks with salt.
