A-Premium HVAC Blower Motor Resistor Compatible with Porsche & Volkswagen Vehicles - for Touareg 2011-2018, Cayenne 2011-2018 - Front Side, Replace# 7P0820521A, 7P0820522A

Car was suffering from random fan behavior. Followed videos available for install (look for the one that doesn't require removing vent and glove box and dash trim). Will report back if there is any change.

Was a little bit of a pain in the but removing everything since vw likes to make things harder than they need to be but after a few tutorial videos and a forum online I was able to do it no problem! Great option for the price since a whole new blower motor cost $400 from vw and $200 from auto part store!!

Had intermittent fan issues code: B10BE 12. Worked on my 2012 VW Touareg TDI Sport. Was able to install with a t15 bit, 1/4 in ratchet with small extension and a swivel adapter with a 5.5mm socket.

The resistor works 100%.

Blower stopped moving any air at all in my car and from what I read online it would likely be a bad resistor. Replacing it was relatively simple if you are a handy person. I’m guessing it took me an hour. Watch videos online for how to replace.

Porsche Cayenne 958 / 2012The A/C blower blew very weakly (on max - like min). I replaced the motor resistor and kept the OEM blower. Works perfectly for one week. If something changes, I will write additionally. Thank you!
