As one of the people who is honest about needing to cover rust on the pickup bed, I can say that these are great for the task. The installation is a little confusing due to poor instructions, but it is not difficult by any means. You will want a second set of hands to help hold them in place while bolting them on. Also, the curved mounting pieces on the front end took a little bit to figure out how to install, but other than that, this went very smoothly. I broke one of the plastic mounting pins while installing it, but Lowes carries them, they're standard car panel mounts. If you are covering rust, check the condition of the edges of the wheel wells. If they are still intact, the clips install without much difficulty. I recommend these to anyone who wants to cover rust on the pickup bed, they look really great once installed.

DO NOT BUY THESE! Thye don't fit like advertised and are flimsy. 2011 ford f150 and these will not fit against the fender. If you have running boards that's a whole different headache. Read reviews bought extra hardware and still not fitting right! Had to alter flare to get it to fit properly and still won't! Now I am sure I can't return them. Complete garbage. Wasted my money!!!

Step one: Throw away the horrible instructions and youtube "American trucks 2009-2014 pocket rivet style fender flares". They made a great installation video for these. I'm not even sure why anyone would waste time printing the instructions that come with it. Terribly dark pictures and nonsense written instructions from china??? For the price, fit and quality are pretty decent. If using to cover rust, keep in mind that the hardware requires a solid wheel well edge to mount on. I had LOTS of rust so I used stainless self tapping screws through the "fake" bolt holes.

Not the easiest installation but look nice when on.
