Snap Hoop Monster for Baby Lock/Brother (4" x 4") Magnetic Embroidery Hoop for Machine Embroidery

I don’t usually write reviews but these are wonderful. I have carpal tunnel and it helps so much to hoop your project . I’ve invested in 4 sizes now - they are expensive but worth every penny! Don’t hesitate - you will never want to use old hoops again. Promise !!!

These hoops are so easy to use. I have purchased 3 different sizes in this brand for my Brother embroidery machine. Love not having to turn a screw clamp.

I was thrilled to get this hoop. I live working with it. It keeps the fabric in place and flat! Works on my Brother Stellaire 2. I want a larger hoop now. The magnet is very strong. Watch your fingers though.

These magnetic hoops work great for sweatshirts and towels and other things that are difficult to get in a conventional hoop. I now have all sizes for my Brother machine. I think they are pricey, but worth the investment.

While the hoop was fairly easy to use, especially with the positioning laser purchased separately, the magnets are not strong enough to hold items like lightweight jackets and towels.I ruined a jacket for a client because the jacket slipped around in the hoop during embroidery.I will go back to floating thick items in my regular hoop because that seems to hold the items more securely.This is a wonderful idea for home embroiderers, and I hope they increase the strength of the magnets soon.

Although the device has a stronger hold, the items being embroidered can shift when removing the hoop from the embroidery machine. Also due to the sides being higher than normal, you may not get a “true” hoop size. Overall, though I do like this product

I love this hoop. I use it for anything that needs to stay put! Easy to understand and use.

Pinched the skin on my left thumb between the two magnet frames of the 5x7. Terrible feeling as they are very strong and had to pull apart one handed. It has been a learning curve and now I am able to sandwich the stabilizer between the the 2 pieces of frame. Even ordered one in the 4x4 size and plan on ordering the 6x10
