Calvin Klein watch - defective, no way of getting a refund
broke down just after Amazon return window closed. Supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years, but Calvin Klein say they need a 'letter' from Amazon, but there seems to be no way of getting this from Amazon. Therefore the guarantee is useless.
