It does work, but if you start brushing from the bottom hair to the top it works best, since the ends of the hair are detailed easier.

Not as good as a GENUINE Tangle Teezer
I bought this in a rush just before going away. I thought it was a genuine Tangle Teezer but it’s not. It’s a copy version. It’s nowhere near as pain free as the original ones. I’d say just pay the few extra £$€ for the original TEEZER ones. While away I’ve had access to my sisters one and can honestly say they don’t compare. I don’t even have very tangled hair but this one hurts and the original doesn’t. It’s she’s so the job though so it’s getting 3 stars for being able to detangle well enough
