I would combine it with a healthy, fruits, veggie and grass fed meat diet with min. 30 of moderate-high intensity exercise a day. I've been taking this for years. I see a lot of benefits. Great product.

Excellent supplement! Keeps my skin looking bright all over, not like the ointments that contain this that usually are just for face. Also, helps my sun tolerance too, since I burn very easily (I still of course wear sunscreen). High in antioxidants, which also boosts my immune system.
