This rating is based on having the fountain 2 days. No problems after 2 days, so everyone should give every consideration to this rating. I will say the illustrations in the instructions were confusing.

Glad to find these… the 8-pack of filters we were buying only came with two of these and it wasn’t enough. These work as they should and are a good value. Will be buying more as needed.
