Worry to carry my insulin while traveling were gone in a minute as soon as i received this.Once rinsed thoroughly in water it works for almost 4 to 5 days. No water particals left on outer cover and very convenient to carry with your luggage.

It really works. At least insulins stay below room temperature. But never expect it to act like refrigerator. Only good to use at travel or when vile or cartridge is open and in use.

Product is not at all comfortable for carrying.within 12 hrs temperature increased .just keeping it normal water temperature. In hot climate temperatures increased like hot water.I will not recommend it to purchase.

There was a guarantee of year but within 2 months of use, it has gone sad, doesn't swell that much, leaks a lot of water even after dabbing with towel . It has developed dry spots already at the corners and there is only half of the original portion that swells up
