I purchased the small block. When it first came I thought I'd been scammed and wasn't sure whether to even take the shrink wrap off, or just send it straight back, as the groove was clearly not big enough for the bar.Well I did take the shrink wrap off, and the groove was big enough. The block is held snugly in place on the bar with no shifting or moving, making block pressing much easier as you don't need an extra person to hold the block for you.Overall I am impressed with this block, especially for the price, and I will be getting the bigger version as well.

I was really concerned it would not fit an Olympic Bar but it definitely does . The fact that the notches are a tight fit gives you some hope that the block will cling onto the bar after many benching sessions . I would like an option to get the bar a bit lower to the chest but that’s very picky .A great way to get used to the feel of heavier weights and work on the lock out of your press .

Just FYI the small block only has ONE choice in terms of number of boards. The large looks like you can maneuver it around for every length/width/height, but not the small. Returning my purchase...

Eigentlich ja dafür den Sticking Point zu Trainieren aber ich brauchte ich den Block aufrund einer Schulterverletzung die nicht die volle ROM erlaubt. Jetzt kann ich wieder sicher Bankdrücken machen. Passt gut um jede olympische Langhantel ist aber nicht so "stramm" wie ich es bei anderen Produkten gesehen habe. Ob sich daraus Rückschlüsse über die Haltbarkeit machen lassen kann ich nach ein paar Monaten noch nicht sagen.

si incastra bene sul bilanciere . unica pecca è che parte da 7 cm...sarebbe stato utile una misura tipo 3/4 cm
