Great screen protector for the steam deck that also reduces glare, no issues with the install and its been bubble free for months. Typical screen protector prep applies, steam up your bathroom with the door closed to ensure any dust settles out of the air and apply this carefully. I applied this to both my boys SD's without issue and when comparing the screens to my matte SD I actually like this better. If I could do it over again I would just have picked up the cheaper SD for myself and got a 3rd of of these for it.

I was having an internal struggle if I should put a anti glare protector onto my anti glare Steam Deck screen. After reading multiple reviews I almost said no but as I watched my Steam Deck shipment date getting closer I panicked and purchased the protector and a case. After opening the Steam Deck and seeing that big screen I had major anxiety! Seeing that big screen just waiting to get scratched up. I decided to put the screen protector on. It took no more than a couple of minutes. It came with everything you needed and was very easy to install. No bubbles and fits perfectly around the screen. I’ve been reading it makes the screen look blurry. I only notice this on older games that maybe don’t have the modern graphics and colors of newer games. Once I turn on newer game I can’t tell I have the protector on. I have a buddy with the same 512 deck and we put them side by side. One with the protector and one without. The difference is so minimal as to blurry screen I can’t see why someone wouldn’t protect their screen. Touch screen works amazing with the protector on. Save yourself some worry and keep that screen looking fresh! Highly recommended! And great quality!

Picture is a comparison of a 512 GB model with and without the screen protector on. The screen protector does an excellent job at reducing glare and fingerprints while not effecting touch features.It’s easy to install and fits the screen 99.9%. There’s just a minuscule gap as shown, due to the corners not rounded. You probably won’t notice it.The only issue is that on the 512GB it does make the clarity a tad blurry. Like imagine looking at a 1080p resolution then downgrading to 720p. It’s not that extreme and you probably would be fine. But I just had to mention it.If you want a anti glare glass screen protector for the steam deck this is probably the best one on the market as of 07/28/2022.

Almost all good here.It was very easy to install. Once on, the anti-glare effect not only works as before but better, it's even better in that regard, almost doubling from the screen and the protector. It also does not smudge from what I've seen, which was very welcome. The naked steam deck screen (for my 512 version) smudged so easily and was hard to get finger prints off properly.The one drawback, the every slight dulling effect on sharpness that the 512 has (and it's hard to notice) but that is slightly more still once you apply the screen. So it's like doubling down.Overall I like it. I have the antiglare and protection I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't smudge.Update: I've gotten this twice now, as I upgraded to the Steam Deck OLED. This is the easiest installation I've ever had with screen protectors. I've always had issues with bubbling and getting things perfect w/ other screen protectors but with this one -- both times it was incredibly easy and zero bubbles. Wish I could review it twice and give it 5 stars for both times, if I could I would.

The loss in sharpness is very distinct and looks way too fuzzy for my taste. No point in even running games at native resolution because the clarity is so low after installing this. Other than that, the installation was easy and the product is still very high quality. If I didn't have the etched glass already, maybe it wouldn't affect the sharpness so badly, but if that's the case and it looks good on the 64 and 256 then it should have a note on the product page saying the 512 isn't compatible.

I was a little hesitant buying this screen protector due to all the reviews saying that it doesn't fit quite right. I've got the 512gb model and I love the anti-glare screen, but I don't feel comfortable using a handheld device without a screen protector and I don't want to lose the anti-glare finish.So, despite some reservations I gave this screen protector a shot. I may have just lucked out or something, but this protector fits my steam deck perfectly! The entire display is covered and you can barely tell it's there. Application was flawless using the included instructions, touch screen functionality seems unaffected, quality and clarity of the display seem unaffected, and the anti-glare effect is great. On top of it all, this protector is WAY more resistant to fingerprints than the bare screen itself!Keep in mind that there's only one screen protector here, so you've only got one shot. With that in mind, this screen protector is priced a little higher than a lot of its competitors but I think it's absolutely worth the price. I couldn't be happier with it.

This screen protector worked out well, and I love the matte material. That means I can touch my screen without getting so much finger prints over time. I never have to wipe my screen to clean up smudges. It also feels smoother to touch. The matte has to be my favorite part of this screen protector.Applying it was fairly simple. Just be sure to do a horizontal swipe across the center of the screen when you lay it down, helps a lot.The included wet wipe was completely dried out so I couldn't make use of it. The instructions for using the included tabs were not clear so I ended up not using them.As for bubbles, I don't seem to have any. However, it did leave a small wet spot on the bottom right and top right. But I only notice them when the screen is off. Gameplay is completely clean when the screen is on. Plus the spots are so small that it doesn't look ugly when the screen is off.Overall I would recommend it.

I bought this screen protector for my Steam Deck and I’m very happy with it. It fits perfectly and covers the entire screen. The glass is clear and sharp, and it reduces the glare from the screen. It feels smooth and responsive to touch, and it doesn’t leave any fingerprints or smudges. It was easy to install with the included accessories and instructions. I think this is a good tempered glass and I do recommend it.

Protection au top, remplie parfaitement sa fonction d’antireflet et se pose facilement sans aucunes bulles!La qualité de l’image contrairement aux avis de certains est superbe même si effectivement il y a un léger effet de flou qui ne gêne vraiment pas. Mais n’oubliez pas que c’est une protection mate qui enlève les reflets !😉

Easy to install looks and feels great! I have noticed a very slight loss in image quality whilst using this but i got used to it as it is very minimal.Does it’s job of reducing glare and protecting my decks skin.
