Works great. Installs in seconds.
I can't find the charger I got with the bike. This is due to in-house project. So had to buy another one. Glad that I found it. Works awesome.

Works great..
Works great....BUT. When you plug one end into the distribution unit of the DI 2 on you bicycle and then a "live" USB cable into the other, a red light appears on the charger. After a bit few seconds light goes out. THIS WORRIED ME. I assumed that something was wrong.NOPE. Leave it over night and then check the battery in the normal way (I depress one of the shift buttons and hold it down, observing the "computer". If a green light comes on, you're done.) Works for me.The only bad news, as posted elsewhere is that it does NOT come with a USB cable to supply the power. You need a USB port and a cable that is old fashioned USB to the newer small one on the "charger". I use an Apple 110 to USB module (the little white "brick-like one) and a large USB to small USB jumper cable.

Needed for Di2 internal charging and programming
I’ts a necessary part for Shimano Di2, not only for charging but for programming as well. With the wireless app being so buggy, hooking the Di2 system up to a PC to program makes quick work of upgrading the firmware for the Di2 components. It charges the Di2 battery quickly. The only thing you need to add to make it work is a power brick of some sort. A spare iPad brick works well to charge. It will not charge from a computer USB port.

If you need it... you need it.
I accidentally withdrew my bike from the stand while still plugged into the charger. Unfortunate for me, the cable broke at the interface. I looked for knock-off brands to but the proprietary charging interface leaves no options. This product is way overpriced for what you get. Despite... if you need it, you need it.

Worked perfectly; took longer to charge than advertised but no big deal. I hooked it straight up to an outlet to avoid the possibility of having a firmware update from the computer with the potential for issues that some people have reported. Don't understand why I should have to pay extra for this though.

Cool.
Used it to charge the dura ace di2 system on my road bike. Unfortunately shimano doesnt include the charger when you buy the di2 system. Can also plug it into the computer and use the shimano e-tube software to upgrade firmware on the bike. I havent done that because everything is working so theres no need to mess with it.

Would itbe THAT much of s nightmare, engineering-wise, to make the red light constantly lit (uses near zero energy) while it's charging while you wait for the green LED meaning it's charged?
