OptiPlex 7020 SFF Desktop PC Computer i7 4770 16GB RAM 500GB SSD + 500GB SSHD Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

Excellent desktop at a reasonable price. I have bought two from Compuzone and each was in very good condition - you'd hardly know they had been used - no scratches or blemishes. Comes well packaged and protected. I'm no PC expert so I can't comment on the quality of the internals but they appear clean and like new. Lightening fast. Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Loads of usb ports - 6 on the back and 4 on the front. Two Display Port slots (but no HDMI slots) but they provide a Display Port to HDMI adaptor cable. No internal wifi but they provide a wifi usb dongle. The second one I bought would not boot. Rang Compuzone and immediately got through. Zack talked me through trying to boot up the PC over the phone but to no avail (apparently I needed a keyboard with a wired USB connection which I don't have). He promptly arranged for a replacement to be delivered and for the original PC to be collected at the same time. The replacement (exactly the same spec) arrived 24 hours later and booted up immediately. So full marks to Compuzone for customer service!

Cost effective solution to updating my desktop needs. Excellent product and no issues at all to date.

This is my second renewed desktop pc from Amazon. I thought the first one was good, this one is amazing. On receipt, if it hadn't been for the fact it was an old style Dell desktop, I would have thought I'd been sent a brand new PC.This pc was immaculate, not a scratch, not a dent, not even a spec of dust. I plugged it in and it only took seconds to arrive on the screen. Windows 11 already installed. It is an absolute dream to use, fast, things definitely get done quicker with this pc opposed to my previous one and I really liked the previous one. The reason I changed it was because I couldn't get the install of Windows 11 due to something that cropped up when it was checked. It would have only received updates for another few years. The only thing I disliked about my old one was it was quite noisy. This new one gives off no sound whatsoever, you can hear a pin drop.I really love it and for the money paid I feel it was definitely a steal. It was supplied by SEremarketing and I cannot praise them enough for the job they have done on refurbishing this unit. I purchased it early May and have deliberately waited until now to leave a review. I know you don't always know what you are going to get when you buy a refurbished pc but the price was so good and with a 12 month guarantee it was a no brainer.I mainly use it for surfing the web, shopping, music and videos. I do use a graphics package to make cards and it has worked like a dream. I definitely give this 10/10. Thank you SEremarketing for supplying such a quality item at a very affordable price.

At first I thought this was very good value but once the Desktop arrived it wouldn’t even switch on, just orange lights and beeping. I called the number for their service and it answered with Mailbox is full !! Suffice to say I sent the PC straight back. Then to find out it will take 7 days for a refund! Once the refund came through Amazon then take another 5-7 days to send credit, that’s two weeks before I receive my money back, outrageous.Date of this desktop model goes back to 2020..

The renewed desktop is just like new. It is very fast and works well with the data transferred from the old unit using Laplink PC Mover software purchased from Amazon.

As a renewed unit this item performs well and has a fully compliant and registered win11 pro installed. Everything works as it should. No complaints at all. Only note would be sound card is a basic but functional. Would recommend this item and seller.

was described as in excellent condition , but it has a couple of small dints in it and at the back where the grill is for the fan there were some brown stains that looked like they had come from inside , which to me says there has been moister inside and something has started to rust . also I had to down load an app to play DVD's , that been said it seems to be working well up to now .IT's fast when on line and at the moment is ok

I bought this as a new one was beyond my budget, delivery was quick and packaging was good. The tower looked brand new and started quickly but I had a problem almost immediately. As the unit is not internally Wi-Fi enabled, it came supplied with a small USB Wi-Fi adaptor which, when installed, grabbed my network without issue. However, I noticed that, every time the pc went to sleep, it lost connection and the only way to reconnect was to unplug the dongle and replace it, not ideal. I contacted the supplier, he apologised profusely and sent a replacement adaptor. When the new one arrived, it didn't work. The explanation was that it was insufficient for my very fast WiFi and I was advised to buy a bigger one which they would pay for. I did, and they did, with the money on my account whilst on the phone. So far, so good. It came the next day and I set to work. Sadly, the pc wouldn't even turn on now! I spent a while on the phone with the chap, going through various options and we decided it should go back. They arranged for the carrier to both deliver and collect at the same time and I have to say, the replacement is perfect, good WiFi and everything works, so far.Thank you, Zack for your customer service, it may have been a used, relatively cheap pc but you treated me excellently, better service than many others I have experienced.
