Useless or worse
I took these for several weeks hoping they would help me with my Parkinson's symptoms. I actually think they made things worse. When I switched back to my original mucuna supplements, I immediately felt the difference. Unless you just want this product for a little boost, it's useless. Most people with PD need these supplements for management of symptoms that severely affect quality of life. This brand made my symptoms worse.
