Effective and Extremely Easy to Use - Great Product
The Bestqool Redot M Red Light Therapy unit and the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt have both exceeded my expectations. I have been doing red light therapy for about a year now, but have always found it challenging to find the time to do it regularly because of the set up involved and needing to go to the space where my other units are located. These units make it so much easier to use anywhere and when I’m done, I can just roll them up and store them away. Because of the flexibility, I can use them easily while sitting in the couch watching television or listening to music, or even while I’m at the kitchen table eating dinner. Behind the ease of use, they actually work! I mainly use the Redot M unit on my back and I use the Therapy Belt everywhere else. The therapy belt can wrap around problem areas on my legs, arms, and even core section. Each unit has several modes to help you accomplish your goals. I’ve primarily used them for pain relief and reducing inflammation and have very positive results for both. There is a noticeable warmth that is comfortable and in combination with the infrared light’s deep penetration, I get daily relief in the areas I use them. I would strongly recommend the Bestqool Redot M and/or the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases.

I love it
Pros: lots of settings. Works like a dream for joint and muscle healing. I did a million hours of research on red light therapy and while a panel is overall more effective - I concluded a quality mat would be best for me as I will actually be able to form the habit to use it. Sitting in front of a panel is boring. I wear this mat in bed or to watch tv. It also usually puts me into a mini nap, which I read demonstrates that it is doing its job. Bonus perk: definitely helps my stomach be less puffy!Cons: I got a pretty large one and while it's flexible but it's not really reasonable to reach a bunch of different areas. For example I would like to use it on my hip but that's very difficult to do in a chair with a large mat. I also try a small smaller one and it doesn't hit the TFL, bursa, hip flexor, SI joint at the same time so it takes several rounds. My remote did stop working and customer service helped me out - give them a nudge to respond via Amazon if they don't at first via their website email.

Works for me
Is my first time with a home use IR device. I couldn't decide which size to get. I ended up with the Redot S belt style for versatility. I've used on my low back, knee, shin and seeing results as in pain relief, not long lasting results, yet, as my discomforts have been with me awhile and I may need medical interventions. For now, I use it on the 880 setting, 1x daily 4-6 days a week. The belt appears to be well constructed with quality materials. Product packaging was sturdy, simple and attractive and could be recycled. I'm keeping the product packaging for a while, as I see how the device holds up to constant use.I gave 4 stars, as the cue to turn on the device takes longer than a couple of seconds, as per instructions. eventually it goes to, on.All other setting functions quickly responsive to touch. I have yet to use the USB connection cable.I would recommend.

A heaLing pad, better than a heaTing pad
Pros: Heats like a heating pad. Heals lots of different problems. Comes in different sizes. Instructions on U-Tube for all the uses and timing of red light therapy and safety. Also, if you are like me, search deeper for medical journal articles and find all the uses red light therapy is being used to treat. National Institute of Health (NIH) has information on red and infrared light treatment. What it did: still healing (3 weeks) a rash on my back that creams (1 year) aren’t helping. Healing a 1.5 inch by .5 inch hard area under the skin on my shin,in 3 weeks it is now 0.5x 0.4” and difficult to find. It feels softer in fact. It has been there since my car accident 3 years ago. Pad has a multi choice timer and it allows you to choose the pulse level you can tolerate because P4 and P5 is strong! Yes I’d buy it again!!CONS: plastic stinks for about 48 hours. It’s a lot heavier than a heating pad ( the big mat). It’s stiff and hard to maneuver the larger the mat is. No creams or serums. The light cannot penetrate creams or lotions. Nor clothing!Addendum:I just received my second pad and I’m anxious to use it with the first pad, after the smell goes away, 24 hours probably. This time I copied the number off the box and completed the QR code for warranty & WhatsApp.For my convenience I added Velcro straps to roll the pad closed after I use it. The plastic does soften with use. But I still stick to it.The fibroid in my right shin feels softer and 1/2 the size. I use the pad every night along with my facial/neck mask and listen to meditation sleep stories on the Calm App. I do sleep better and awaken once or twice compared to 4 to 5 times before receiving and using the pads. And when I awaken, I’m back to sleep within seconds.I am so glad I ordered these pads.

Great product!
I have only had it a few days, but it is good quality. I like the heat that it puts off and I feel that my joints are improving already. I like that I can use it while sitting at my desk and just move it to different areas. Very light weight, but big enough to cover a large area. Very portable, so easy to move to different places. Thin so easy to store.

Helps heal wounds
The media could not be loaded. It’s great for healing injuries post surgery even works on pets! Our dog was hit by a car and she was immobilized after the accident. Surgery saved her mobility and the red light device has improved her recovery drastically. She can walk better now and seems to limp less so I would say it works well!

Works well except for the remote
Been using this for over a month on the L4 setting with both red light and near infrared light turned on. Seems to help reduce pain. It heats up quickly and works as intended. The only issue is with the remote. The power button is getting harder and harder to turn on. I have to push it really hard now and I'm just waiting for it to break. It's too late to return it now unfortunately.
