This unit appears to be well-built and even includes an attachable cable handle for easy relocation. While it can be hung on a wall, it is more suited for tabletop use rather than full-body treatment. I often move it to the floor to treat my legs for inflammation. I have multiple IEC power cables installed in various locations, so I only need to unplug the unit and move it without also relocating the power cable.For example, my dresser is a good height for treating my face, and I have a lower table that's ideal for treating my torso. The unit's portability makes it easy to switch between these locations and stand in front of it for treatment.The LEDs generate a bit of heat, so I keep the unit about a foot away from my skin. I'm hoping to see anti-aging benefits for my skin and wrinkles, reduce overall inflammation, and improve my mood and sleep. I've used it on a sore foot and noticed almost immediate relief, and it has definitely helped improve my sleep with a soothing effect after use.I plan to use this for about 10 minutes per area, three times a week. Having just received the unit and used it only a few times, I will update this review later to report on any results.

I can't say for sure if this is actually helping; however, the light itself is very well made and is working. I really like the solid feel of the metal case and the switches are all very solid, not cheap. I think the light will last for a long time and I hope it's helping. Time will tell.

It’s easy to use it’s very bright and works well but of course is it actually the wavelength that it claims to be ,I don’t know and I’m not sure how to prove it.

I had some soft tissue damage in my left knee that had given me quite a bit of pain to the point where I could barely walk back in October 2022 and I suffered with this for several months before I finally bought this device. I turned on the IR & NIR at the same time. About 3 to 6 inches away from the device standing in front of it. I put the device on a short stool, for eight minutes on the front and eight minutes on the back of the knee by the third session, my pain was gone. I’ve also used it for muscle soreness on my back after working out at the gym and it relieves the pain right away. I noticed that I sleep like a baby when I do my sessions before bed I highly recommend this device. It is good quality and it works. I haven’t tried the red light for my face yet. I guess I will be working on that next. I like the device so well I bought one for my son who had back surgery and has back issues. (He can write his own review.)

Although you can sit or stand in front of this light, it also comes with pulleys, rope and hooks to somehow hang it from your ceiling in order to lay underneath it on your bed or floor. I came up with a better idea and made a setup that you can place over you once you lay down then move it from head to torso to legs. The key to effective Red Light Therapy is the proper amount of exposure which may take a little time to figure out. My mounting setup places the lights about 6 to 10 inches away from my skin. The closer the lights, the shorter exposure time needed or vice versa. Also, don't expect miracles overnight. This therapy is one that requires being done routinely for maximum benefits just like exercise or taking supplements. The unit seems well made and can be set for up to 30 minutes before automatically shutting off.

The lamp looked great! It was easy to unbox and it appeared to have everything I needed. The size was great, but they were missing the most important part which was the charger. I couldn’t find a piece of the outlet to even use the light. The only option that was given to me was to return it. If I were to receive the missing part I’m sure it would’ve worked great! But sense they couldn’t give me the missing piece I still had to return it.

I have used it mainly for muscle pain and skin rejuvenation, and I saw significant improvements in both areas. and I was really impressed with the results! It combines 660nm and 850nm wavelengths, making it versatile for a variety of treatments, from pain relief to skin health.
