Works well, just a bit too fine
These work well, but a little too fine for my whiskey smoker. Some of these fall through the metal strainer into my bourbon. That’s not exactly what you want in your drink. For that reason I fell there might be a better application for these chips, but not for my brand whiskey smoker.
