First unit I received was defective and not turning on. The reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because I contacted the company and they immediately responded and were helpful. They sent me a replacement with no hassle and the new unit works perfectly! Great customer service and highly recommend.

This was awesome!!! Kept mosquitoes away while fishing at the lake. You could tell how well it worked, as soon as you got out of the radius it covers, mosquitoes would swarm.

I have purchased these thermos cell before. I’ve given them as gifts and have a two of my own, but wanted another. I’m stating this to let you know I am familiar with the product. This particular thermacell refuses to be turned off .I have to remove the propane cylinder in order to stop the thermacell. . It seems to be jammed or whatever but you cannot even forcefully turn it to the off position. When properly functioning this item is actually a great mosquito repellent.
