Using this for a hurt knee, and while setting H5 makes it too warm and stiff, H2 is perfect and helps relax my knee before bed.

Hard to say if it actually does anything to help healing. I can say that the power being wired is annoying and limiting. Just last night, after having this for about a year, half of the redlights stopped working. Buyer beware.

Im using this for a knee i hurt. What i dont like is if on h5 its warm and stiffens my knee. But on h2 its perfect and i do think it helps before bed with relaxing it.

This helps my knee pain without getting hot. It works really well.
