If you want a fun item for preteen girls this might be ok. It is simply mildly tinted translucent glitter. Very poor coverage.

The gel does not dry well at all. Once applied, I had to use a hair dryer to dry the gel. However, after doing so, it still stuck my eye lids together. Extremely disappointed.
