Sturdy!
We are using it for few months now, quality is good and sturdy. Very useful and bear our hose weight with quite ease

Plastic is well formulated however not very sturdy
Pipe holder is well made however not very sturdy to hold anything very heavy but something light could be used well. No Nails provided by the manufacture to hold the pastic which is not a value add product. I had to go in search of nails to put on wall to install this thing.

Needs improvement in design.
The plastic body thickness needs to be slightly thicker at the screw holes backside to hold the screws with proper tight. Also need to supply with thick washer to keep the screws tights.If there is another set of keyholes in inverted position, I shall opt for one more hose holder to fix in inverted position to keep the water hose in better round roll.

I am able to mount 30 meter hose around this product.

Product is not at all stressed relieved. This may lead to crack in future at bend surface. Design is not at all sturdy & may break soon. Outdoor items should be sturdy by design at least as they are subjected to rough handling.

Cannot say good
The product concept is good. But the wall mounting screws and fischer provided doesn’t state how much weight of hose it can carry. I would recommend the manufacturer to clearly specify maximum weight of the hose
