Nothing useful
I bought the Pavlok watch to help me stay awake during my work-from-home hours. I thought the shock could make me alert or remove my sleepiness, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Instead of helping, it just gives you a shock, like an alarm without sound. It’s pretty pointless!First of all, why shock yourself? It doesn't have any real advantage. And I have to manually shock myself to control my habits? 😂 Why not just use a safety pin and poke myself instead? Both are equally useless, but Pavlok costs you 30k for being useless. The idea of shocking yourself to break a habit is just ridiculous. If I need to control myself from doing a bad habit and shock myself after controlling myself, then what is the point of having this watch? If I can control myself from not doing the bad habit, it means I am already in control and have overcome my habit, right? 😂 So what is the watch's role here? Why should I shock myself on top of that? It’s totally pointless! For the alarm part, this is useless too. I can just use an app like Alarmy that does the same thing in a better way without any shock.Honestly, this is the worst product I’ve ever bought. It just relies on a painful method that’s not worth anything. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I can, I will give it 0 stars.
