⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The BEST POST-OP BRA, and I should know!
I have undergone six breast surgeries in my life so far, including tumor excision, reduction, correction, double mastectomy with reconstruction, and then corrective reconstruction. I went through SO MANY BAD BRAS! Until I found this one, hands down the most comfortable, versatile, adjustable, and even a little sexy.1. Comfort: the fabric is soft against your skin, there are no rough edges that cut into you; the straps are wide and padded2. Fit: straps, back, and front all offer multiple adjustment settings, allowing you to customise where you need more tension or less. This is especially nice as it allows for post-op swelling and then change in size as your body adjusts and swelling goes down.3. Compression & support: for me this is the biggest comfort benefit of this bra; each cup has a soft but firm (permanent not removable) foam insert that lines the outer curve of each breast and cups its underside gently. The cup itself is of a very soft stretchy synthetic fabric that stays cool and gently compresses without squeezing or distorting the breast. In summary, this is a smart, well-designed, comfortable compression bra for post-op and beyond. I will continue to wear this for exercise and every day.*NOTE: they do not sell by band or cup size, so I recommend ordering a few sizes close to your measurements based on their description, then fiddling with the settings until you find your sweet spot, and return/exchange the rest. I bought two nude and two black.

Fantastic for breast augmentation
I got this for support after getting breast implants. For reference, I am 105# and enhanced to a small C cup. I have to say this is a really solid bra choice for post surgery (one week ago). It’s is comfortable and adjustable in multiple places. Yes, I do wish it was a breathable cotton, but for the price it can’t be beat. I have two post surgical bras from soma and one from Knix. The best part about this one is the support padding on the sides. It holds me in place when I am lying on my back, so the implants don’t shift laterally. This is why I can’t wear my knix bra at night. Also the long line doesn’t rub on my incisions under the breast fold. My Soma bras DO rub incisions. I can also wear this one comfortably for low impact activities like walking. Highly recommend.

Good option post surgery; wish there were more size options
First the good: this bra is soft, comfortable, and comes with multiple size adjustment hooks. My doctor recommended this bra and sent me the link to buy it.That said, I bought the medium, large, an extra large, because I was not sure what size I would be after surgery. The first week of surgery, the large fit best. I will now be donating it.Seven days post surgery, medium fits best. However, I wish this came with a smaller band and larger cup option. I feel like the medium would fit up to 36 inches under bust measurement, because with it on the tightest, setting, I can still fit four fingers under the band at a perpendicular to my body. My under best is 31 or 30 depending on the day. I may buy a small to see how that fits, but it is likely to be too small in the cups.I measured the large compared to the medium, and the large is about 2 inches longer around the band. So it would probably fit comfortably up to a 38 to 40 under bust measurement.I would probably advise people to buy this in a size based on their band size, or under bust measurement, and not their full bust measurement. This seems to fit a wide variety of full bust measurements, regardless of the size you chose.

Not for a Double Mastectomy with Spacers
I bought this bra, because the one that was given to me by the hospital after my double mastectomy on June 25, 2021 was so uncomfortable. I had my girls totally removed (my second time around with Breast Cancer). Once my real breasts were removed, a bag with a port was put in (it's called a spacer) used to stretch your skin. Once a week you go to doctor and they fill your bag through the port. Bra is cut to low to cover the port..... you need full compression on the port, until bag is filled to your desired size of breast. Then ....I need to wear a compression bra until my next surgery, (October 13, 2021). I get real implants that day and will still need a compression bra, this one is absolutely not it. I actually took this bra to my appointment and tried it on with doctor present so that she could decide if it was appropriate. I sent it back. However, the bra was extremely comfortable. Really to bad it's cut to low to be of any use to me.

Disappointed
I bought this based on reviews about comfort, but unfortunately, I dont find it comfortable at all. It's scratchy at the seams, esp in the front where it attaches. I also measured myself before buying (I've put on weight from chemo) and it is a bit too big in the cups, way to far apart for my frame while rib cage fits, so I dont understand the sizing. The rib cage part should be wider as it is too close to bottom of the breast. The cups are silky thin, nice and comfortable against the skin BUT is not compression; it's as though im just wearing this uncomfortable medical bra without the medical benefit of needed compression. If you need compression in the actual breasts too and not just around sides and torso, this is not a good choice for that. Perhaps if you're a petite frame it isn't a good choice either. For reference,, I'm 5'6", 131 lbs right now, wear 32DD bra, bought a large according to the chart. I will be donating this bra in case someone else needs it.
