These are a perfect for for my Weber Spirit E-210 grill. With the following method I did not have to remove front control panel or control knobs. Turn gas off. Remove cooking grates and flavorizer bars. Remove the hold down screws at back of each burner, lift burners up from back and out. The igniter is attached to left burner; being cautious of the ceramic, tap igniter out of dove tail. Remove old burners. Place only left burner in grill, attach ignitor. I had to carefully flare the dove tail a little on new burner. Install cross pipe and right burner. Slide new burners through front holes taking care to get the new burners centered over gas feed pipes. These burners come with two new hold down screws, 8mm. Put a dab of never-sez on screw if you have some. Turn gas on, press ignitor and ensure each burner lights correctly. Install flavorizer bars and cooking grates.

I just got done installing these on my Weber Sprit 200, and I'm not sure these aren't OEM parts. As other reviewers have mentioned, these come with a Weber installation manual, and they fit perfectly. After installation, I fired up the grill to test to make sure they heat properly. My grill seemed to heat at the same speed, and got to the same maximum temp that it did prior to the installation of these burners. (Around 550 F).Since these were just installed, I can't speak to the durability of the parts yet, but the original burners lasted less than 7 years... Since these were half the price of the Weber branded parts, I'll be happy if I get at least 3.5 years out of these.

After 5 years of frequent use and sitting outside in the hot Florida sun, the original burners had become so rusty and corroded that the right side burner would not light without using a match mainly because the crossover tube was also corroded to the point that the flame would not reach the right side burner. I did try cleaning the original burner set but still had the problem so I ordered this replacement set. Just received the new set and it took less than 20 minutes to install, adjust the air mixture and check for leaks. Side by side comparison shows they are exactly like the original set. I'm happy to say the new crossover did the trick and both burners now light without using a match. Since they're made in China, we'll see how long they last but I agree with the other favorable comments on this product.

The burners are stainless steel and of adequate gauge. They appear identical to the set I installed 3 years ago, which were still in good shape today.The big benefit I see to this set is the crossover tube in the rear. It has a pair of metal shields on top that protect the portion of it that is not under the flavorizer bars.My crossover tube rotted in half between the center and right flavorizer bars, presumably from grease and such dripping on it there. That should be a non-issue from now on. I expect this burner set to last a long time. The flames are even and perfect.

The cross connecting tube on my Spirit E210 grill was rusted. The new burner works fine and seems like it's good quality. Note that the new cross connector won't fit in the original burners, and the the ignitor did not fit in the new tube sleeve. Had to bend the ignitor bracket and sleeve to make it fit. BE PREPARED TO DO THIS. And this has nothing to do with this new unit, but the old screw that holds the burner on was rusted so it took a pair of vice grips to remove them.
