Excellent quality

As a Chef I am very fussy about quality. This is the Best in quality and Flavor. I nuked a thick slice 10 seconds after tasting it cold out of the Frig. I would recommend taking out of the Frig 15-30 minutes before serving. I spread it on a slice of Homemade Baguette and it was sublime. A simple salad completed the meal. Quick and easy…my husband loved it. It’s a Winner

Even though this product is made in the USA, the taste and texture is absolutely authentic Majorcan sobrasada. Note that some of the reviews here mention that this is a “chorizo” and the confusion comes from Amazon listing this under chorizo. Majorcan sobrasada is not chorizo; it’s a spread. This is delicious and authentic and definitely not chorizo.Seller was fantastic. It was well-packaged in a cooler bag with an ice pack that did not condense and shipped very fast with 2-day service.Highly recommend!

We love this sobrasada so much. As good as any sobrasada from Mallorca. Or even better

the product lacks flavor, taste, or texture of quality chorizo...don't waste your money on this over-priced sausage...very disappointing...

It’s not bad for a product sold outside of Spain. It’s the only one I could find besides the one from La Tienda and it’s cheaper. I’d say it’s worth it.
