The supplement facts say one capsule is dose, but in the other directions it says to take one capsule twice a day. It also recommends taking these 20-30 minutes before a meal, so planning is in order.

If there was a published COA or some well known certification to testify the purity, potency, and quality of product, then this would be better rated. It has a decent formulation of DIM. I normally take Nature's Way DIM, because it uses a microencapsulated form of DIM called BioResponse DIM. This is formulated with black pepper, basically. I don't know if the absorption is as good as BioResponse, which is the type they used in all the clinical trials to test DIM. But, BR DIM isn't widely available, so this should suffice if you need something cheaper.

I got the 50mg because 100mg was too much. Once I got the bottle and read it, there is 350mg dim in it. I bought what was super to be led then what I have and it has over double of it in it. So miss leading!!
