Indian Designs

I love this book I originally ordered this book from Naturegraph Publishing and have had if for years. I love looking through it repeatedly and have used it for DIY art projects. I recently ordered it for a friend who does quilting and applique, as she was interested in using some Native American designs. She has received it and is highly pleased with it. The paper is heavy and the book is very durable for a paperback. I have considered framing some of the pages and may do it yet. If you are a crafter and like Native American designs, you will find much to inspire you in this book!

私は趣味でステンドグラスをしていますが、ネイティブアメリカン（インディアン）の思想や文化にとても興味があり、あこがれでもあり、彼らの思想や信仰の象徴でもある自然界の動物などのデザインをステンドグラスに起す時の参考にしています彼らの思想を垣間見れるまたは、想像できる一冊である。

個性的な刺繍をしてみたいと思って、こちらのデザイン集を購入。デザインが適度な大きさで使いやすそう。市販の図案集では見かけないようなデザインも魅力です。満足できる１冊。

The designs are great but I found them rather large and I thought there would be more in the book, now I have to reduce them in size if I use them...Also, I would like to see more tribal images from The First Nations in Canada.Thanks.

This is the best book to use when working with the Mimbres Designs. It was the first book I purchased after falling in love with the wonderful Native American art form. I consider myself very lucky to now know the co-author Jean Villasenor - the wife of the late David Villasenor. She is also a very talented artist.
